Our Journey

A vision that became something we could build together.

Jaraa began with me wanting to create something of my own—something meaningful, practical and connected to people.

After more than 20 years in the corporate world, working in management, accounts and administration, I wanted to bring what I had learned into something that felt more personal and purposeful.

Raj, my husband, comes from a very different world—media, teaching, photography, filmmaking, trekking, yoga and mindfulness. Over the years, his experiences naturally connected with the kind of work I wanted to create.

So, we decided to bring our strengths together.

I look after the management, financial and organisational side of Jaraa Vision, while Raj brings his experience into our outdoor, creative and learning experiences.

Jaraa Presence grew from this meeting of two journeys.

We are not here simply to organise activities. We want to create experiences that encourage people to slow down, notice, explore and connect—with themselves, with others, and with the places around them.

That is where Presence · Heritage · Creativity · Nature come together.

This is my vision, shaped by our shared journey—and we are still discovering where it will take us.
